All sessions require a 30% non-refundable retainer to book your session.
TRAVEL - We are Based in Bathurst and travel as far as 30km out of bathurst CBD. Travel outside of our radius is 1.80c per kilometer.
NEWBORN TRAVEL - We have a home studio however we do occassional travel for newborn session at $195 with the same ravel radius and out of radius fee as above.
Travelling for newborn sessions is a much bigger process and requires us to bring our set up to you. This includes a large amount of prep both with packing /unpacking studio stands, lighting and props both to and from your home along with preping the room upon arrival to create a space that will allow us to sooth & calm your baby whilst posing for photos.

Newborns Sessions..

You will be able to chose from our props in studio. We have wraps, outfits headbands etc. We may be able to add additional props that we do not already have. We will discuss this a few months prior to your photo session.
Maternity sessions.
1 Hour session
Partner & siblings of the baby included.
You ca bring your own dress or we have a few dresses in studio . You can also rent the dress you love at Luxe Bumps or Mama Rentals just contact us for your Aura code after booking with us.
Infant & Toddler & Cake Smash Sessions

30 minute session.
small children natural have a very small window of time to do photos so we keep these sessions short for happier photos of your baby.
Cake smash sessions are either neutral white or themed. For themed sessions we need a couple of months to prepare your session if you would like to order specific prop.
You can provide your own cake or we can provide the cake for $60 (this price can vary for more extravagant designs).

(for multiple pets or people please contact us before booking your session. e.g. for a litter or a group of pets together or a family photo with a pet.
PAYMENT PLANS ARE AVAILABLE
Plans must be applied for and approved before we can clear your booking and save your date and time. Plans are from $82 Per fortnight. They can be monthly or fortnightly installments. for more info click the button below.
Payment Plans require 30% of the Package Payment upon booking and the remainder is due the day before the photo session.
This amount is your photo session Retainer and covers your galleries, booking date and time along with preparation for the session including galleries.
Your session fee is non-refundable 3 months prior to your session date.
Newborn
AGE?
We recommend doing your newborns session around 5-14 days old however we have done older babies in the past in newborn style as old as 13 weeks.
WHEN TO BOOK?
We recommend booking as early in pregnancy as possible to ensure availability.
HOW DO WE BOOK IN NEWBORNS?
We book your baby's due date into our system. As we all know babies come when they are ready. Once your baby has arrived just simply send us an email to let us know & from there we will give you a couple of dates to chose from to book your baby's session in.
the Keepsake, Complete & Signature collections include up to 3x set up changes.

When to book?
We recommend booking at least around 20 weeks to ensure the availability.

Outdoor Sunset Session
The times vary during the year & by location. Sessions are anywhere from 4pm - 8pm

Indoor sessions are available but must be pre booked at least 1 month in advance
Baby To 1 Year
Newborn - 3 months
We can do newborn right up to three months in newborn style or we can do a lifestyle session in studio or at your home.
Home sessions include a $100 set up fee
3-6 Month baby's
These bubbas are perfect for detailed photos of their enhancing features. Perfect for lifestyle Photos.
6-9 month Sitter session
These sessions are done when bub is sitting & isn't yet walking.
It is best to book your session at around 2 months of age & as soon as your baby is sitting unassisted simply contact us & we will give you a few dates to chose from..
1 Year photoshoot
To Capture the first year of life with a beautiful 1 year session of your baby.
Pets • Animals
We allow 30 minutes for the session.
Pets can often have a very small window to engage for photos.
Dogs & other animals
We Recommend booking in a couple of months before your session for animals like dogs. This gives you time to train your animal to do things like sit & stay.
Please Note: We need to keep our team safe at all times. If your animal is wary of strangers being a natural response we can photograph animals with this in mind but we must know if your animal is or has been aggressive to have safety precautions in place. :)
